Week 5

This week students started to work in the WPSD auditorium—becoming more familiar and comfortable with working on the stage, as well as the feedback process. The group continued to brainstorm (both in writing and kinesthetically) a possible topic for their original show. After exploring three topics further (Family, Time, and Difference), the group voted for their first, second, and third choices. “Time” was the winner, and students immediately begun to delve into this topic further. Now the play-building will begin as students use the visual theatre methods they have learned to represent Time from a variety of perspectives.
